Sports Medicine and Performing Arts Medicine

Once a competitor, always a competitor. Our providers were involved in athletics from a young age and remain very active. With clinical experience ranging from 8-year-old gymnasts to high school football players, dancers to MLB and NFL athletes, CrossFit athletes to marathoners, we've seen and helped many across the sports and performance spectrum. Utilizing our knowledge of progressive rehab, supervised and guided return to performance, and clinical testing to understand readiness and risk of re-injury, we are equipped to help you or your athlete get back to it safely but as quickly as possible. What sets us apart:

  • High-level treatment – No generic, basic exercise here. We push our performers as safely but ambitiously as possible.

  • Efficient care – We seek to get our athletes and performers back on the field, court, or floor as quickly and safely as possible. No arbitrary timelines to return.

  • Objective testing to guide return – We believe in the adage of "test, don't guess". With our athletes and performers, we utilize standardized testing that has been researched in the context of re-injury risk and readiness to return to performance.

  • 3D video gait analysis – We have the technology, knowledge, and capacity to perform video gait analysis in real time. With this, we can discuss your running mechanics, and in the context of pain/injury, we can work on strategies and changes to your running mechanics to keep you running more comfortably.
